With a background of being both a Physical Training and a Freefall Parachute Instructor in the British Royal Air Force, Garry has been teaching for over 25 years and recently in Spain now teaches at El Paraiso GC and from December 2011 at the new Indoor teaching facility at Padel n Sports In Estepona.

As an amateur, he played for his county BB & O in the UK on a golf handicap of 1.4, and won club championships at 3 different golf clubs in the UK before moving to South Africa and improving to +2.

As a teacher, his philosophy is very much that of KISS – “Keep It Simple Stupid”.

He possesses a keen analytical eye, and a very straightforward teaching method, and suggests simple, regular routines that can improve your game immediately. Most of his golf teaching packages always begin with a 9 hole playing analysis before discussing an action plan to be put into place to ensure success.
